Those secret doors at the end of corridors are a bit of a giveaway.
They're usually only secret from one side and rarely the side that seems like a dead end, so while you're right, it's intention*.*intention as in, I was doodling away during a particularly dull part of someones monologue, so couldn't at all times concentrate :)
